Children waiting for InstructionsNet Games, Inc. and Net Games News, was established in 2004 and is created and published for the purpose of enhancing the growth and well being of intercity tennis communities, thereby creating, sustaining and enhancing tennis opportunities.
Through a highly professional and knowledgeable staff, it is Net Games, Inc. and Net Games News expressed goal to maximize the delivery of written tennis updates, educational tips and increase general awareness of local tennis programs to the greater communities of California and beyond.  A portion of the proceeds from this publication will benefit youth and adult tennis players, as well as tennis providers and organizations in the city of Los Angeles and beyond.

Meet LaRonda Amos --- Net Games News,  President and Editor In Chief

Founder LaRhonda AmosThe daily functions of Net Games News is headed by LaRhonda Amos, President and Editor in Chief.  Ms. Amos, has over 25 years experience as a volunteer to numerous community organizations, grass roots programs, non-profit firms and related volunteer programs.  She also has extensive experience in planning and directing tennis programs and events for both junior and adult players.
In 2000, Ms. Amos retired from Occidental Petroleum Corporation, as an Executive Compensation Consultant where she gained extensive experience in project planning, developing communications, marketing campaigns and on-going administration, including:

  • Strategic planning and introduction of new and enhanced compensation programs.
  • Oversight of on-going administrative responsibilities and campaigns.
  • Conducting special studies on Board of Director and Executive compensation packages.
  • Prepare and analyze survey results; ultimately preparing presentations for top management and Board approval.
  • Corporate liaison and participant of several major industry peer groups, vendors and consultant firms.
  • Supervision of support staff and project coordination with company peers both domestically and international.

Her professional work experience coupled with her volunteer experience has given her an opportunity to successfully manage volunteers, employees and events. This combination has provided her with two critical elements of successful event planning: managing people successfully to execute and obtain results; and planning events successfully on modest budgets for high level demanding clients.

Most of her work has been custom designed to meet the needs and images of the grass-roots non-profit organizations and firms she supports. She has built a reputation, as an outstanding social and corporate event coordinator within the organizations she has represented during her tenure and is confident that she will successfully carry this success to the marketplace via Net Games News.
